Well, I'm back in Liverpool, the term has officially started, and in about 11 hours I'll be 22 (well, I was born at 6am, or so I hear), so what's been going on with me? Well, thus far, here's how it's gone down.

At first, from the university timetables, my schedule seemed less hectic- just 4 lectures per week. However, there's been a couple of changes. Throw in a Stylistics lecture for translation work at Monday at 9am, and a schedule switch for Monday tests in room G16 to room 206 on Tuesdays at 12pm, and it gets a bit busier. But still, that's only one lecture on each weekday excluding Friday (3-day weekend!), so why complain? The university's much quicker at eliminating clashes and errors in the 2nd Semester than they are at the start of the year.

Alongside that, it seems I'll also be doing the Language Logs again. They count for 15% of my grade, but when watching them they count for 70% of my boredom. Nevertheless, I should be able to manage it better this year, alongside the new chapter revision for the fortnightly tests. Overall, my optimism is up, but quavering a bit. Least I know what to do for the Language Logs. I'd imagine it'd be a different set of Project X documentaries though, and even if I did re-submit last year's pieces, I'd probably get a zero mark but we'll see what the lecturer says about that.

Overall, I should have a fairly busy semester this year. But I should still be able to produce my artworks. Even got a set of acrylic paints up here with me, so that'll keep me busy, as well as all the other pieces on this list that I gotta do Until then (and by then I mean my 9am lecture tomorrow morning), I'm gonna relax for a bit.

PROJECTS:
James Clephane-Cameron, an old high-school and 6th form friend, has provided me with an interesting proposition- something which should interest fantasy fans out there (Tolkien-D&D-Warcraft ones, not Final Fantasy ones). He requires someone to illustrate some character races for his RPG project and, well, guess who he asked? Here's how it breaks down (like requests, it'll have a progress rating beside it).

Viking (standard viking complete w/ horned helmet) - Pending.

Elf (tall, jewellery-covered forest folk)- Pending.

Troll (Orcs in Romanesque outfits- yeah, this time, the green guys are the supposedly civilised, not the typical barbarians- this is gonna be fun to draw)- Pending.

Vampire (Romany/Russian look rather than Castlevania Bishie)- Pending.
