As requested by centuries ago, here's her ninja character with Ninja Gaiden's/Dead Or Alive's Ryu Hayabusa!

Now, when it comes to media characters and pairings with either other characters in their series, in another series, or with an original character, they always seem a bit contrived to me. Like they show the characters the artist or whoever wants to get together, but few of them look truly sensual or romantic to me. Either that or I'm just jaded

So here I went for a different angle. It's Hayabusa and Ninja Marta laying together on a wide futon in a sensual, spooning embrace while sleeping. T'is pretty plain- Hayabusa's out of his outfit and his hair is loose, which isn't a common sight and thus generally doesn't look that much like Hayabusa- but that's the angle I was going for. This isn't Hayabusa on the go, on the run, chasing after whatever demon lurks in the shadow or whatever other ninja is gonna jab at him (or whatever bulked-up Hulk Hogan copycat is gonna come lunging while looking 'fer his TEEEENNNAAAAHHH'.

This is Hayabusa at rest, in an inert state, sleeping beside the beloved of 's tale. It shows he's not just a bland super-ninja like so many others (well, save for Dr McNinja), but that he can do something human and basic, rather than spend all day and night slicing heads off or looming on the tops of towers like an Asian Batman.

Still, t'is a marker piece. The title reflects the colour scheme- wood for the browns, wine for the burgundy-red sheet, and sky for the blue-grey shades of the pillow. I used a variety of marker colours for shades, though it's a bit hit or miss. It went a bit awry with Ninja Marta, so I did a bit of salvaging. Think the darker skintone suits her better, and is a stronger contrast against Hayabusa's skin tone as well as the futon.

Perhaps I could've made it more passionate by using a brighter colour scheme, using red, orange and yellow shades, but as I said, I was going for plain sensuality- strength of love in its subtlety rather than in pink hearts and yellow moons.
