This is the daughter of Solaris Salinas, Cyndie's OC. She's a young woman, nicknamed 'Fia', 19 going on 20 if my memory's correct. She has many of her mother's telepathic and pyrokinetic skills, alongside some of her father's (my OC, Damon Heat) own pyrokinetic and martial arts skills, as well as looks. I tried to get a blend of caucasian and hispanic looks for Fia here, as suggested by Cyndie- she wanted a European-looking nose for Fia in particular, as well as rounder eyes. I hope this fits the bill!
